Shipping & Delivery:

Orders usually ship out within 36 hours of placement non-withstanding any unforeseen circumstances. Our main shipping service is with the United States Postal Service Priority Mail with a delivery service usually within 2 to 5 business days; however the delivery time is not guaranteed by the post office. For orders with items that are too large or too heavy, we will opt to send your package out with UPS Ground. If a single (not combined) item is over $150 or if the item is delicate in nature, we will also opt to use UPS ground to ensure safe and guaranteed delivery. Any orders that are under $10 will have an additional handling charge of $2.00 associated with it along with the shipping costs.

Drop Ship :

We also offer a drop ship service to our wholesale retailers. Drop ship services under $25 will also have an additional handling charge of $3.00 associated with it.

Large quantities:

If wholesale orders in large quantities  we will ship your orders out with R&L Freight services

If you would prefer to provide your own shipping service or account, we can also accept FedEx, DHL, and UPS accounts; however there will be a handling charge of 3.5% or $5.00 whichever being the greater. Our cut off time for orders placed with USPS to be shipped the same day is by 11:00 AM EST and cut of time for orders to be shipped with UPS will be 3:00 PM EST. 

Privacy & Security:

Motor King follows the privacy requirements of the Privacy Act, which protects your personal information that we maintain in what is called a system of records. A system of records is a file, database, or program from which personal information is retrieved by name or other personal identifier. In other words, the Privacy Act applies when we use your personal information to know who you are and to interact with you – such as when you provide information to request a product or service, register on motor-king.com, or submit an inquiry or complaint. The Privacy Act provides comprehensive protections for your personal information. This includes how information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and discarded.

Key aspects of our privacy policy include:

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to outside parties.
  • We do not market other products or services to you without your consent.
  • We do not use web analysis tools (e.g., cookies) to identify you personally without your express consent.

Returns & Replacements:

All of our items have a one year warranty. However warranty on the products is conditional. All defective items will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchased date and must be in unused, original condition, in original packaging. 

Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. 

Ordering:

Customers can order via phone or online. All orders are shipped within 36 hours after payments are cleared (excluding weekends and holidays).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

We accept payment via PayPal and major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard.

Promotions and NEW products will be available from time to time on our website, you will also be notified via Email if you registered to our Newsletter.

Sales tax of 6% will be charged to items shipped to the state of Florida.
